CHECK
EVERYTHING

Ship chandling runs on claims a customer has no practical way to verify. We have taken the opposite position: every certification on this site is published with its number, its issuing body and the date it runs to, so you can confirm it without taking our word for any of it.

4 certificates, 4 numbers, 4 issuers, and the scope of each one printed exactly as it was certified — including where that scope ends.

Certificate Vault

Every certification we hold, with its number, its issuing body and the date it runs to. Quote the number to the issuer and the claim can be checked independently of us. Each one has its own page, so it can be cited or forwarded on its own.

This list cannot show an expired certificate: the build that produces this site fails if one passes its expiry date, so a lapsed certificate cannot be served here even by neglect.

How to check us

None of this requires contacting us first. That is the point.

The ISO certificates

Quote the certificate number to BMQR, whose registration details are published at bmqr.com. The number, the issuing body and the expiry for all three standards are on this page.

The food licence

Our FSSAI state licence number can be checked against the FSSAI Food Safety Compliance System, which is a public register.

The e-procurement registrations

Our ShipServ Tradenet ID and MESPAS ID identify us on the networks themselves, where a buyer already holding an account can confirm the supplier record directly.

The scope, before you order

Each certificate below is published with its scope exactly as certified. If work you need falls outside it, that is visible before you raise a requisition rather than after.

What we do not claim

Anyone can list what they hold. This is the harder half, and it is the more useful one: the claims we took down, and why. Each of these was on this website or its predecessor before we audited the documents.

  • Accreditation we are not certified by

Our ISO certificates are issued by BMQR under ISAC accreditation. We name those two bodies and no others. Where an accrediting arrangement does not appear on the certificate, we do not cite it — an accreditation belongs to the certifying body, not to us, and a purchaser who checks the document should find it says what our website says.

  • A membership that lapsed

A trade membership expired and was removed from this site on the day the certificates were audited, rather than being left to sit until someone noticed. It will return when it is renewed and not before. Our build now fails outright if any published certificate passes its expiry date, so this cannot happen quietly.

  • A listing with nothing behind it

One long-standing entry on our credentials list had no certificate, licence or membership number attached to it. It had been carried since the previous website. We removed it, because a claim that cannot be checked is worth less than the space it occupies.

  • Navigational figures we will not write from memory

Our port pages carry no draft limits, VHF working channels or positions. Those are figures a master may act on, they must come from the port authority or the pilot, and a wrong one is more dangerous than a missing one. When they are sourced properly they will appear, attributed. Until then the space stays empty.

  • Numbers we have not counted

We publish no vessel-call total and no combined years of crew experience. Both are the kind of round figure that appears on every competitor site and can be neither sourced nor checked. Ours stay unpublished until they are counted.

If you find anything on this site you cannot verify, tell us and we will either evidence it or remove it.
